Policies

- A deposit is required in order to book and confirm your initial appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the price of your treatment. 

- Our clinic requires 72 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide this time you will forfeit your deposit.

- Pricing is subject to change at any time.

- All appointments and deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Healed results may vary and is dependant on the healing process. Everyone heals and accepts pigment differently. Even when following all the aftercare instructions, some fading and poor retention can occur depending on your skin and lifestyle. Additional sessions may be required to achieve the optimal result. An additional fee may be required in this case.

- If one or more of the following apply to you, the technician will be unable to provide the service on you:

    - you have a serious medical condition and you have not been cleared by a doctor to receive micro-pigmentation.

   - you are pregnant or breastfeeding

   - you have problematic or irritated skin in the treatment area

   - you have been on accutane within the last year

   - you are under 18 years of age

- Once a service is complete, NO REFUNDS will be given. 

- Alberta Micro-Pigmentation Clinic reserves the right to decline to continue with an appointment or let a client go.

- Alberta Micro-Pigmentation Clinic specializes in natural looking treatments and pigments, if you and the technician cannot come to an agreement on the shape and placement of the treatment then the technician reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the procedure and you will forfeit your deposit.

- If you decide to get your touch up done by another studio or clinic, then you are no longer able to receive touch ups from Alberta Micro-Pigmentation Clinic.
